Mobile app development
From app idea to app store. We build the whole journey.
Native iOS. Native Android. Flutter. React Native. Ionic. Huawei. Whatever your product requires. We handle discovery, UI/UX, engineering, backend, testing, store submission, launch, and long-term maintenance.
- Idea
- Prototype
- iOS + Android
- Backend
- App stores
- Real users
We don't start with code. We start with the product.
You don't need to pick a technology before talking to us. One app idea has several valid ways to build it, and the right one falls out of the requirements — not out of what we happen to like writing.
First we understand the product
- What problem the app solves
- Who will use it
- How users interact
- What business model supports it
- Which features matter
- What should be automated
- Which systems it must connect to
- What happens after launch
Then we evaluate the constraints
- Product requirements
- Performance needs
- Device requirements
- Budget
- Timeline
- User base
- Backend architecture
- Offline requirements
- Hardware integrations
- Security
- Scalability
- Platform requirements
Mobile UX is not web UX.
Design covers wireframes, user flows, prototypes, UI, and a design system — worked out around how phones are actually held and used.
- Touch interaction
- Thumb reach
- Navigation
- Gestures
- Accessibility
- Loading states
- Empty states
- Error states
- Offline states
- Permission flows
- Onboarding
One team from prototype to production.

- 10
Post-launch
Bug fixes, OS compatibility, security updates, features, performance, analytics.
Native, cross-platform, or specialised.
Six ways to ship a mobile product. Which one you get depends on what the product needs, not on what we prefer to write.
Native
Native iOS
Apple-ecosystem apps that need the platform itself — AR, Bluetooth, Health, background processing.
Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Xcode, iOS SDK
Best when performance and deep Apple integration matter most
Native
Native Android
Device-specific functionality, hardware integrations, and enterprise apps built on the platform SDK.
Kotlin, Java, Jetpack, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK
Best when you need hardware access or Android-specific behaviour
Cross-platform
Flutter
One Dart codebase targeting Android and iOS, plus web and desktop where that makes sense.
Flutter, Dart
Best when a shared codebase and consistent UI are worth more than platform-native feel
Cross-platform
React Native
JavaScript and TypeScript mobile development that reuses an existing React ecosystem.
React Native, TypeScript
Best when your team already works in React and needs mobile capability
Hybrid
Ionic
Hybrid apps built with web technology, targeting Android, iOS, and web from one codebase.
Ionic, Capacitor
Best when you have web assets and a team to reuse
Specialised
Huawei / HarmonyOS
AppGallery distribution, Huawei Mobile Services, and HarmonyOS work where Google services are not an option.
HMS, AppGallery, HarmonyOS APIs
Best when your users are on Huawei devices
We don't force Flutter into every project.
The right technology beats the popular one. Here is the reasoning we actually apply, so you can hold us to it.
Choose native when
- Maximum platform performance matters
- Deep platform integration is required
- Device-specific functionality is involved
- Advanced hardware capabilities are needed
- Platform-specific UX is required
Choose Flutter when
- A shared codebase is genuinely valuable
- Android and iOS are both required
- Rapid product development matters
- Consistent UI across platforms is the goal
Choose React Native when
- The React ecosystem is already in use
- A shared JavaScript or TypeScript stack pays off
- An existing React team needs mobile capability
Choose Ionic when
- Reusing web technology is important
- Hybrid architecture fits the requirements
- An existing web application can be leveraged
And when the requirements demand something else entirely, we say so instead of bending the product to fit a framework.
The app is only one part.
Most serious mobile products need a backend and a set of systems behind them. A mobile order becomes a backend call, an inventory check, a payment, a CRM record, a notification, and a delivery job — and all of that has to actually work.
Backend
REST, GraphQL, authentication, authorisation, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Firebase, file storage, background jobs.
Real-time
Live chat, delivery and ride tracking, booking availability, live order status, collaborative and multiplayer features.
Integrations
CRM, ERP, e-commerce, payment gateways, booking, inventory, accounting, WhatsApp, email, SMS, maps, IoT, existing APIs.
AI
AI assistants and chat, voice, image recognition, OCR, recommendations, document processing, agents, predictive models.
Payments
Gateways, cards, wallets, bank payments, subscriptions, in-app purchases, recurring billing — shaped by country and platform rules.
Location
GPS tracking, maps, geofencing, delivery and driver apps, fleet systems, nearby services, location-based notifications.
Notifications
Push, transactional and marketing messages, deep links, preferences, background delivery via FCM, APNs, and Huawei Push Kit.
Offline
Local storage, offline forms, sync queues, retries, conflict handling, background sync — for field, delivery, and sales teams.
Security
Secure auth, token and session management, encryption, secure storage, API security, input validation, dependency updates.
We don't stop at “APK ready”.
Testing, performance work, a repeatable release pipeline, and the store submission itself are part of the job — not a separate project you take on alone afterwards.
Testing

- UI
- Device and OS versions
- Performance
- API
- Security
- Regression
- Beta via TestFlight and Play tracks
Performance
- App startup
- API calls

Apple App Store
Developer configuration, certificates, provisioning, App Store Connect, TestFlight, metadata, screenshots, submission, review responses.
Google Play
Play Console, app signing, release configuration, testing tracks, store listing, screenshots, metadata, production release.
Huawei AppGallery

Taking over someone else's app
When a vendor disappears, updates keep breaking, or store rejections pile up, the first thing you need is an honest assessment — not a rewrite quote. Sometimes modernising beats rebuilding.

Questions worth asking.
Native or Flutter — which should I pick?
Neither, until someone has looked at your requirements. Native wins when performance, hardware access, or platform-specific UX matter. Flutter wins when a shared codebase and consistent UI are worth more. We make that call after discovery, and we tell you why.
Which framework and database will you use?
That comes out of the product, not a house preference. Performance needs, offline requirements, hardware integrations, user base, and budget all move the answer. We will show you the reasoning rather than hand you a stack.
Do you handle the backend too, or just the app?
Both. Most serious mobile products need APIs, authentication, a database, storage, push infrastructure, and background jobs. We can build and run that alongside the app, or integrate with what you already have.
Do you publish to the stores, or hand me a build?
We handle the release. Certificates, provisioning, App Store Connect, Play Console, testing tracks, listings, screenshots, metadata, privacy information, submission, and review responses — including Huawei AppGallery where your users need it.
How do you test before release?
Functional, UI, device and OS coverage, performance, API, security, and regression testing, then beta through TestFlight and Play testing tracks. Performance work happens before production, not after complaints.
What happens after launch?
Mobile platforms move constantly. OS updates, security patches, dependency updates, store policy changes, crash monitoring, analytics, performance work, and new features — launch is day one, not the finish line.
Can you take over an app someone else built?
Yes. It starts with a codebase review, architecture and dependency audit, security review, and build pipeline review, and ends with an honest roadmap. Sometimes modernising the existing app beats rewriting it, and we will say so.
